The moment AICR™ receives the AI's tokenized response (Version 3), it runs every hallucination and authority-verification check it is capable of, on the anonymized text, before de-anonymization ever begins. Nothing is validated after client identity is already back in the document.
When the de-anonymized response (Version 4) is presented to the user, a Green, Yellow, or Red signal is attached to it, reflecting exactly what those checks found. The flag is recorded whether or not anyone acts on it.
A non-Green flag requires the user to confirm she has seen it and intends to notify her supervising attorney. That confirmation, or its absence, becomes part of the AICR™ record.
Supervision does not depend on a paralegal remembering to mention it. The moment a draft is submitted for approval through Anchor BlackBox™'s internal messaging, the same flag and its full detail are presented to the approving attorney automatically.
